If you are analytical like I am you like the stats. Well here you go. These stats are for Single Family Homes in FishHawk Ranch.

-There are currently 128 Active properties For Sale in FishHawk Ranch.
-Over the last 6 months 158 properties have Sold in FishHawk Ranch.
-The high Sold Price per square foot was $176.86.
-The low Sold Price per square foot was $83.71.
-The median Sold Price per square foot was $117.

There is a 4.9 month backlog of homes on the market. (Probably a little on the low side).  Based on the above stats the market value of a home in FishHawk Ranch is around $117 per square foot. That said if you price your home to sell at $117 per square foot you could expect the home to sell in about 4.9 months. This is a simple breakdown and there are many factors that influence how fast and for how much a home will sell for. Homes in FishHawk on a pond, conservation or have a pool will sell for a little more than homes that do not have those upgrades.The small the square footage of a home, generally it will sell for a little more per square foot because you need to factor in the land.
